I specialize in writing fantasy, romance, and historical fiction (or any combination of the three). I lean towards writing novels and have two in progress, but I also exercise my short story skills annually. Below are a list of my published works.

Every season brings change...but are those changes welcome? From exciting tales of fantastical adventure and globetrotting spies to the quiet moments of coping in our own world, this volume contains eighteen original short stories set in every season. While some of these stories connect to form a year(s)-long tale, others stand alone. Through winter, spring, summer, and fall, let these stories take you on a journey through the seasons of life.

The Garuda

New Adult Fantasy

After Penny's father kills a female garuda—a humanoid, bird-like creature—the garuda's son, Gale, kidnaps Penny in retribution. He tasks Penny with incubating the eggs his mother left behind. Faced with months of exposure to frigid cold and the garuda's derision, all Penny wants is to go home and be done with these monsters. But as the chicks' hatch date grows closer, Gale offers her a surprising warmth, and Penny realizes she's risking more than losing her life: She risks losing her heart as well.

Depressed by troubles with her husband, envious of her sister's loving marriage, and under the influence of too much wine, Nelly slips into bed one night with her unwitting brother-in-law and pretends to be her identical twin, Iris. But this secret she hopes to take to the grave soon gets dug up and threatens to destroy every relationship she holds dear. Based on the Egyptian myth of Nephthys' seduction of Osiris.

Uriel's Punishment

When Cain kills his brother Abel, their guardian angels, Uriel and Azrael, struggle to come to grips with this new kind of travesty. While Azrael must account for his failure to protect Abel, Uriel feels it is his duty to punish Cain, and he can only think of one fitting form of retribution: a life for a life. But if killing is a mortal sin, rending oneself from God, can an angel kill a human and go unpunished?

The Alexandria Project

Science Fiction

Like everyone who applied to the Institute of the Temporal Gateway, Rheta Pantazis came with dreams of jumping back in time. She applied specifically to the Alexandria Project to restore the knowledge that had once been lost when the Library of Alexandria burned. Instead, she got stuck in a dead-end job transliterating video recordings taken by Observers, like her twin brother, Alexios. Fed up with the monotony and craving adventure, Rheta decides to take her brother's place for one time jump and ends up in possibly the best—or worst—time possible.
